Customer Service

To reach the customer service department, call (405) 946-5576 or submit a customer service claim (CSC) to start the process. When a customer service claim is submitted, it goes directly to the Quality Manager. The Quality Manager will process the claim and send a resolution within one to two days after the claim is submitted. To submit a claim, click here.
