When the pressures and capacities of the application are beyond the capabilities of a vertical compressor, Corken's horizontal compressor is the next option. These versatile compressors are available in single packed (HG600) and triple packed (THG600) design. Other options include single- or two-stage compression, lubricated or non lubricated compression, and single or double-acting compression.

A single packed compressor is commonly used in non toxic oil field, natural gas, propane, butane, and similar applications where leakage containment is not critical. For toxic and corrosive industrial applications or where oil-free compression and leakage containment are crucial, a triple packed (T-Style) oil-free compressor is required.

Corken offers standard compressor mountings designed for liquefied gas transfer, vapor recovery, and gas booster applications. If one of these do not meet the requirements of the application, a custom engineered, package can be supplied. TheASME B31.3 - 2012 piping option is available upon request.

Single Packed Reciprocating
Compressors (Non Oil Free)
