What To Do

Cavitation from poor suction conditions

Increase pipe size of liquid and/or vapor lines. Clean inlet strainer.

Blades/vanes sticking

Remove blades/vanes and clean out foreign matter. Check material compatibility or replace blades if swollen.

Bearings bad

Replace

Differential pressure too high

Restriction in discharge piping or discharge piping is too small.
