Pump Will Not Build Pressure

Possible Causes

 

What To Do      

Poor suction conditions Increase pipe size of liquid and/or vapor lines. Clean inlet strainer.
Bypass valve set too low Set valve for higher pressure.
Worn blades/vanes/sideplates/rotor Disassemble, inspect and repair it as necessary.
Sticking Blades/Vanes Disassemble, inspect and repair it as necessary.
