Evacuation Systems
Corken pumps and compressors are used in these
type systems to decant the resisdual liquid and vapor in the containers that are
scheduled for maintenance and /or repair. Corken's Coro-Flo pumps, Coro-Vane pumps,
Side Channel pumps and Corken's Compressors are used in this application.
Coro-Vane Pumps:
The positive displacement, sliding-vane design of the Coro-Vane pump is commonly
found in the LPG industry. The Coro-VaneŽ pump is self-priming and designed to
provide up to 125 psi (8.6 bar) differential pressure.
Coro-Flo Pumps:
The Corken Coro-FloŽ regenerative turbine pump provides smooth continuous flow
with trouble-free service. The floating turbine provides extended wear. The Coro-Flo
pumps are capable of up to 125 psi (8.6 bar) differential pressure.
Side Channel
Pumps: The SC-Series multistage side-channel pumps are capable
of building over 200 psi (13.8 bar) differential pressure with a broad range of
flow rates. The floating turbine design allows the pump to operate continuously
with little pulsation and wear.
Compressors:
Corken oil-free vertical compressors can easily handle the poor suction conditions
which exist in some installations. The compressor also adds the flexibility to
evacuate or recover vapors from the trailer. The Compressors are available a broad
range of sizes and mounting configurations.
