Automotive Filling Pumps
Corken's pump line provides a wide range
of flow and differential pressure, required in the fitting of cylinders and tanks
on vehicles using LPG as a motor fuel. This application can be performed by Corken's
Autogas pumps, Coro-Flo pumps, Coro-Vane pumps or the Side Channel pumps.
Autogas Turbine
Pumps: The Autogas series pumps were designed specifically to meet
the global demands for an LPG autogas pump. This new generation of regenerative
turbine pump provides shorter fill times, quiet transfer, and are highly reliable.
They are capable of building differential pressures of up to 217 psi (15 bar).
Side Channel
Pumps: The SC-Series multistage side-channel pumps are capable
of building over 200 psi (13.8 bar) differential pressure with a broad range of
flow rates. The floating turbine design allows the pump to operate continuously
with little pulsation and wear.
Coro-Flo Pumps:
The Corken Coro-Flo® regenerative turbine pump provides smooth continuous
flow with trouble-free service. The floating turbine provides extended wear. The
Coro-Flo pumps are capable of up to 125 psi (8.6 bar) differential pressure.
Coro-Vane Pumps:
The positive displacement, sliding-vane design of the Coro-Vane pump is commonly
found in the LPG industry. The Coro-Vane® pump is self-priming and designed
to provide up to 125 psi (8.6 bar) differential pressure.
